LOCATION AND PARKING
Our complex is the white, single-story building on the south side of West 31st Street, one building over from the corner of 31st Street and North Lamar Boulevard. Parking is available free of charge underneath the Building and on 31st Street. Enter the Building through the glass doors and turn right. Our office is the third door on the right.
DIRECTIONS
From I-35 Northbound:
- Take 15TH STREET / MLK BOULEVARD exit- Turn left on MLK BOULEVARD
- Turn right on NORTH LAMAR BOULEVARD (dead end)
- Turn left on 31ST ST
- The Merlin Building is on the left side of 31ST ST
From I-35 Southbound:
- Take FM-2222 exit onto FM-2222 WEST
- FM-2222 becomes KOENIG LANE
- Turn left on LAMAR BLVD
- Turn right on 31ST ST
- The Merlin Building is on the left side of 31ST ST
From Mopac (Loop 1) Southbound or Northbound:
- Take the 35TH ST exit onto 35TH ST EAST
- Turn Right on SHOAL CREEK BLVD
- SHOAL CREEK BLVD becomes W 31ST ST

- Take N LAMAR BLVD north
- Turn left on 31ST ST

From Austin-Bergstrom International Airport:
- Take TX-71 WEST
- Merge onto I-35 NORTH
- Take FM-2222 exit onto FM-2222 WEST
- FM-2222 becomes KOENIG LANE
- Turn left on LAMAR BLVD
- Turn right on 31ST ST
- The Merlin Building is on the left side of 31ST ST
